Our Standard Walks let you stretch your legs, breathe clean air, and see the real Western Australian bushlands! An average of 12km, we usually take 5 hours to complete the circuit. We can take a maximum of 20 people out on a guided walk, each day. Our walks operate from April through to November each year. This avoids the blistering hot, fly-blown period of the year that can take much of the fun out of strolling around the bush... We run separate walks Monday to Friday during this period. There are four quite different walks - try all 4! We also operate walks on Saturdays for GROUPS who pre-book (minimum 10 people). If Sunday is the only day you can go, put that in the Comments section of the form below and we'll contact you to discuss your Booking.   Outabout Walks also run the unique Guildford Historical Walks, which is a 2-hour mobile History Experience - right in the place where Colonial Western Australia really began! These walks start at the Old Courthouse (Swan Valley Visitor Centre), on the corner of Swan and Meadow Streets in Guildford. Click here for more info... These include: run your own activities - we will correlate with you beforehand, to assist with timeframe, safety and equipment issues bring your own special guest presenter or commentator have us organise a special presenter - for example, Landscape Photography tutorials in the field, with award-winning WA photographer, Paul Dowe. These walks are a great 4km walk in the state forests - flat track around a pine plantation with native bushland on every side. There are some stunning views and a very good chance of kangaroos, and possibly other native wildlife. We take things slow and easy, and allow as much time as people need to enjoy the experience. Note: there is NO MAXIMUM number of participants on the Short Walks   During the School Holidays we run our special School Holiday Walks We have a great 4km walk in the state forests - flat track around a pine plantation with native bushland on every side.
