The Outabout Walk Club is an exciting initiative to assist you in creating a personal culture of
regular exercise as part of your general program to improve physical and mental health and energy.
This is something we need to explain to you in person - which means it is currently only available
to people living in Perth. We apologise to our more far-flung friends..!
If you can get a group of interested people together (the more the merrier!), we will come to you for a fact-and-fun-filled presentation that is sure to help you get your health (and life) back under your control. The presentation takes less than one hour.
